
How it all started
At the age of sixteen, I was lacking in self-confidence, and thanks to a friend, I decided to start kickboxing, which provided me with much-needed self-confidence. Not long after, I won gold at my first competition, and I was chosen for the Sanda team in Southampton, where I would scrape together enough money every Saturday to take the train from Bath. At that moment, I realised I was truly in love with this discipline, and I knew in my heart that one day I would be coaching others in this sport.


Our Mission
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can discover the physical and mental benefits of kickboxing.
We strive to foster a sense of community where members inspire and motivate each other on their journey to a healthier and more confident self.
Our Goals
I’ve always considered myself incredibly lucky to train with such a wonderful group of students. However, over the last few years, I feel as if a team has naturally evolved, and I now have some very passionate students who have also qualified as coaches and are assisting me in teaching. Between us, we can coach even more students.
The future goals are to train even more students in this brilliant art, to continue bringing all different types of people together with the sole purpose of getting fitter and stronger, being able to protect oneself, developing more inner confidence, and learning this amazing sport all while having a lot of fun.
